一、美国旅游签证面签时常见的问题是什么

我用亲历的一次面签实践回答问题。这篇短文是面签之后我给儿子的回复。

面试十分钟

——给儿子通报信息

经过漫长的排队等待，又经过安检，上交材料，按指纹等等关卡，我们终于等到面谈时刻。这是十一号窗口，里面的签证官是个中国女人，三十岁左右。我向她问候一声：“你好！”她应了一声，把手向窗口伸过来，我赶紧把预约确认信、160确认页和两本护照塞进窗口。她要了护照，其他材料没要。

女人看护照，敲键盘。请注意，她敲键盘的动作贯穿面试的始终。

“你们是离了婚的？”劈头一句让我感到意外。我心想，这女人怎么对我们的婚姻感兴趣？她又不是干婚介的！这会儿我叮嘱自己：以实情相告，用不着弄虚作假。于是，我用平时讲课的语调陈述道：“是的。我们已经在一起生活11年了，只是没有领证。”

“你是干什么工作的？”

“我是中学教师。”

“你太太是干什么的？”

“酒厂工人。”

女人嘴里不停地问，手里不停地敲击键盘。这时候我才明白，女人敲击键盘是在核对网上记载的相关信息，审察我答话的真实度和准确率。

接下来，女人的问话更细了：“你每月工资是多少？”

“4700.”

“你太太呢？”

“1700.”

“你有多大年龄？”“你太太多大年龄？”“你儿子的生日是什么时间？”、、、、、、问话如暴雨般扫过来。女人嘴里不停地问，手里不停地敲击键盘。我明白了，女人已经下定决心要找出我们的破绽。这时候我反而越发镇定了。我的答话不紧不慢，吐辞清晰，字字铿锵。要知道，我站讲台近四十年，嘴上功夫可以说训练有素。

“把你的房产证我看看。”

我把房产证复印件塞进窗口。房子是儿子买了给我们住的，房产证在儿子手里，我只有复印件。

“这是什么东西？”

我大声回答：“这就是我们的住房。”

女人把房产证复印件阅后退出来，问道：“你们打算在美国停留多久？”

我回答：“不会太久。因为我儿子和媳妇都很忙。我媳妇在、、、、、、”我准备详述“不会太久”的理由，可是我的话立刻被打断。她说：“不要打马虎眼！说具体时间。”

我似乎这时才明白眼前这个漂亮女人不是聊天对象，而是决定我们的签证是否能够通过的签证官。于是赶紧答道：“大约三四个月。”

“你们的费用是不是由儿子全部担负？”

“是的！”

这时女人提出要求：“让我看看你儿子的情况。”我曾经听人说过，搞签证就怕碰上中国女人当签证官，这种人比刁钻的记者还刁钻，想要过签很难。今日一见，果真名不虚传啊！可是我没有在意，我心中无鬼，怕谁呀？

我把你们的邀请信和简历递进去。

女人一边看你们的材料一边敲击键盘。较长时间里没有问话。

最后，女人宣布：“你的签证通过。可是你太太不符合签证条件，对不起。”窗户里退出一本护照，一绿一白两张矩形条据。据说绿的是过签条据，白的是拒签条据。

我们心里说不出是喜还是忧。我们忘了说声“谢谢”，转身就往使馆门口走去。

二、去美国面签时,签证官一般会问什么问题

硬件怎么样？硬件说得过去的话，签证官不会费话的。（我是1号签的，签证官两句话就撕票了）

口语怎么样？托福口语15分以上的就不用事先准备答案。如果太依赖事先准备的答案，而签证官问一个没有准备过的问题，就会死得很惨。

大体来说，移民倾向问题是留学美国签证申请者面临的一大难题。签证官考察一个申请者是否有移民倾向，主要通过三个方面：首先是申请者的出国目的是否明确，其次考察申请者的归国计划是否真实具体，对于自费留学的申请者，还要考察申请者的教育投资是否有足够的回报率。

出国目的

首先是出国目的是否明确。这个问题包括申请者对专业的认识，为什么要去美国以及在美国想学习什么。刘老师举例说，某个计算机系的学生大学毕业时，突然发现原来自己喜欢的是传媒，想去美国留学。GRE很轻松地考了高分，被美国某大学录取。但他仍然被拒签了。“签证官的意思很明确，IT和传媒差距太大，而他自己对未来的学习和职业也没有明确规划。”

[建议]为了让签证官相信你有明确的学习目的和计划，你的回答必须要结合自身的实际情况以及所学专业的特点和发展现状，同时还要结合未来的应用前景向签证官阐明出国理由。针对签证官对这个方面的考察，签证核心内容设计中有三个部分可以对签证官的移民倾向判断给予有力回击。这些方面是：通过专业学习获得的认识，在国内学习遇到的问题以及在美国学习可以获得的优势。

归国计划

第二个是签证核心设计中的归国原因和归国计划问题。如何有力证明你将来一定会从美国回来成为获得签证最重要的因素。如你的事业蓝图是什么？完成学业后你打算做什么？你去美国所学专业将来回国后是否有发展潜力？……

[建议]回国原因和计划都应把自己所学的专业和国内市场紧密结合起来，向签证官表明自己的专业将来在国内大有作为，回国后能够得到丰厚回报。这就有效反驳了签证官对申请者有移民倾向的猜疑。

资金回报

资金回报率也是很重要的问题。比如，如果你为了去美国留学，几乎把家里所有的积蓄都花光了，签证官就会怀疑你。签证官可能会问，你回国之后能把你的教育投资赚回来吗？这个时候，可以从两方面说明你的教育投资回报。

[建议]对于家庭条件非常好的申请者，首先要强调钱对你来说根本不是问题，你有长远的职业目标，而这个目标一定要在国内实现。

对于那些专业背景很强的自费申请者，应该重点强调自己的专业领域在国内有广阔的发展前景，就业形势非常好。
